A business leader with 30 years of experience, Mr. Sadhan Banerjee is the Chief Executive Officer of VSL Ventures Pvt Ltd (a Vikram Group Co). Mr. Banerjee comes with an enriched experience in multiple industry sectors like chemicals, oil & gas, industrial gases (hydrogen), EPC across functions of which 15 years have been in business leadership roles. He has a strong business orientation and commercial acumen along with in depth exposure in operations, engineering, projects and contract management.

In his previous assignment, he has served as the Chairman & Managing Director of Air Products India (subsidiary of Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. USA), a Fortune 300 Company, headquartered in Pennsylvania, United States. Air Products is a world leader in Hydrogen and has invested US $400 mn in setting up a Hydrogen Plant in Kochi, India.

Prior to that, Mr. Banerjee has worked in various country leadership roles as Director, BG Group (a Royal Dutch Shell company). He was a Non-Executive Director on the GFSL Board for 7 years. He has also worked with organisations like ICI India and Greaves Foseco, India.

Mr. Banerjee has completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University with distinction, and P.G. Diploma in Management from Chartered Management Institute, UK.
